This video is about Miami’s latest luxury condominium still under construction. This stunning new tower in Miami is closed related to a very famous luxury car. This is not other that Aston Martin Residences.
This luxury condo idea was the fruit of two very creative individuals who display design excellence each on very different functional products of the everyday life, cars and house appliances. They are, Marek Reichman, Aston Martin’s Chief Creative Officer, and Sven Baacke, Gaggenau’s Head of Design. Marek and Sven decided to join in a venture for a different product this time, luxury living. To make it a reality they join forces with global property developer, G&G Business Developments.
This ultra-luxury skyscraper will be located at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way. Designed as a 66-story tower, Aston Martin Residences will stand out its surrounding buildings. The 66-story tower would embody units for all living styles. The 391 units will range from 1 to 5 bedrooms. This building will accommodate all tastes and needs with choices from luxury residences and duplexes. Additionally, for more exclusive owners 7 penthouses and also a humongous triple-level penthouse will be available. This last unique residence would take floors 63 thru 65. These penthouses will feature private pools and spacious terraces. But this luxury living style comes with a hefty price tag that goes from $750,000 to $50 million. The 50 million triple-level penthouse comes with the last of only 24 Aston Martin Vulcans ever made.
Aston Martin Residences was designed by Revuelta Architecture and Bodas Miani Anger Architects.
The interiors and amenity spaces would be designed by Aston Martin’s design team, led by Chief Creative Officer Marek Reichman. Amenity spaces will spread out across levels 52 thru 55 connected by a massive glass staircase.
Some of these amenity areas are two-level fitness center with views of the ocean, boxing gym, spinning studio, virtual golf room. For world-class events this tower would have chef’s kitchen, private dining room and catering kitchen. Additionally, an art gallery, business centre, kids room, and two theaters. For some pampering a full-service spa, beauty salon, and barber station would be included as well. Exterior areas such as infinity pool, sky bar and lounge, pool deck and cabanas would take the 55th floor.
And to top it off, Aston Martin Residence will have a superyacht marina to the already extensive list of amenities. This new luxury tower is expected to be completed in 2022.
