Crown Heights just added a dairy deli-style restaurant to its growing food scene: Bou-ote on Troy Avenue, opened by Chaim Perlman and Shlomi Bitton, will be serving “authentic Jewish – Ashkenazi food” and bring customers back to the feel of the Lower East Side of Manhattan.
