We all have those New Year’s resolutions that revolve around getting fit, staying healthy and making changes for the upcoming year…
I usually try to make these more of a lifestyle I adhere to, so that if I feel like having pizza or a big brunch on Sunday, I don’t feel like I’m breaking any rules. About a month ago, I decided I was going to make it a part of my routine to wake up during the week around 6AM and go for a run at the gym; it helps more than caffeine, and I feel like I’m getting the task over with early.
I’m obsessed with these GapFit leggings for running in particular — they don’t stick to you when you start to sweat, or God forbid, slide down so you have to pull them up every five minutes *eye roll*.
